Delivery

How can I track my package?

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all our products.
Other shipping options are also available but are not mandatory.

 

What is the delivery time?

Our delivery times generally range from 7 to 25 business days on average under normal circumstances. Please consider these times after the shipping date.

 

My order is not complete

If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent separately, depending on stock availability and the warehouses they are shipped from. Don’t worry; your package will arrive soon.




I haven't received my order

Is there a problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, or destroyed parcel?

With our secure shipping, La Montre à Gousset® handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We won't shift blame to the carrier and leave you to “fend for yourself.”  We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel  at our expense

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to this area.



Busy period and end of year

During the busy holiday season at the end of the year, delivery times may be a bit longer. Orders placed after December 1st will not be delivered in time for the 25th.

 



Cancellation & Return

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not “being processed.”


Can I cancel my order?

After two hours from placing the order, modification is no longer possible.

I want to return an item

We can only accept a return in the event of a proven defect with the product.


Our items go through very strict quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the item in question (in the original packaging if possible) to  info@pocket-watch.net along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For payments, we use PayPal and Stripe.

Your security is our priority: our site only offers secure and safe payment methods.

Your bank details or credit card information will never be disclosed to us. All payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor.

 

Is my information secure?

The “HTTPS” in our shop’s URL shows the quality of our services. HTTPS is the variant of “http” secured by SSL/TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect financial transactions on merchant websites. As e-merchants, we are well aware that using SSL is now essential. It’s the best way to protect your data and defend against hacking or identity theft.


Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock icon in the web browser’s address bar. It is also represented by an “s” (for secure) added to the “http” protocol in the website’s address bar.

 

Orders and purchasing procedures

How can I order a product?

We make your purchases as easy as possible.

You select the desired product(s).

2. Click on the cart icon at the top right (your “cart”) to finalize your purchase


We also offer you the possibility to create an account to make the process even simpler.

 

When is my order considered confirmed and the purchase accepted?

As soon as the payment is captured (not just authorized), the order is deemed confirmed and the purchase is accepted. Shipping generally takes place within 48 hours.

 

I received an import tax upon delivery; do I have to pay it?

La Montre à Gousset® legally ships its products worldwide. However, the buyer is responsible for their country’s import taxes; we disclaim any responsibility and do not accept returns in the event the package is refused.

 

Can I combine my discount codes?

No. Except for special circumstances, we only accept one discount code per order.
